Terms & Policy   For your security and to eliminate credit card fraud, we will log your computer's IP address only when you place order at Shilpshoppe.com.      

Return Policy   Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. We take pictures of each item before the shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise and comparing with the pictures taken at the time of shipping, we will reimburse as per policy specified below.

If returned item are found used / deliberately damaged, we will refuse the return.

If item is delivered damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM THE SHIPPER. IF YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, TAKE THE CERTIFICATE OF DAMAGE. We will not accept return, without the certificate issued by the shipper.

General Return Policy  

Since each order for clothing items is tailored / altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or return for skirts, stoles, paintings, pencil sketch, oil painting portrait. Return of other products will attract 20% re-stocking fees and the shipping cost. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our Stocking point situated at Bhopal ( India ). Item(s) must be returned within SEVEN DAYS of the receipt date. Any return needs prior approval for which an email stating full detail should be sent at info@shilpshoppe.com  
Also return in case of damage requires email authorization. Item(s) returned without authorization will not be accepted and returned to the customer. Shilpshoppe.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

IF ORDERED GOODS IS RETURNED UNDELIVERED TO US BY SHIPPER Shilpshoppe.com WILL DEDUCT ACTUAL SHIPPING COST OR $20 WHICHEVER IS HIGHER AND RE-STOCKING FEES @ 20 % WILL BE CHARGED.

International shipping : Upon booking of order at shilpshoppe.com and confirmation of receipt of payment from our Bank, the order is shipped via international courier as per the scheduled period specified in each category of products. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule has been designed based on quoted schedule by the shipping company and any delays during transit are the responsibility of the shipping company. Shilpshoppe.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

Custom Order: At shilpshopee.com we will receive orders for preparation of pencil sketch and  oil painting portrait based on the  digital photograph of individual customer. The painter , though will take sufficient care to carefully paint picture exactly the same as per the loaded photograph sent by customer but there is likelihood that the picture at times may not be considered exact replica of the loaded photograph. 

Color Disclaimer   Shilpshoppe.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories , jewelry , products of handicraft ordered. All color options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Shilpshoppe's outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit or product as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments, products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.  

General Disclaimer   The garments and products sold at Shilpshoppe.com are hand made / crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts and handicraft. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.
